Craig Tara is one of the best equipped parks in the Haven group and has a great range of sports activities.
From football to Adrena-line - the breath-taking ride on a zip wire or try 9-hole golf course for the whole family.
A whole host of you'll never be bored.
We have just returned from a Monday - Friday break. The holiday park is very clean. There are lots of things to do.
We travelled as 3 Adults and 3 year old twin girls. There were lots of activities for the girls.
We booked a deluxe newer model caravan. The one we got was 35 Rabbies Retreat. The surrounding area was lovely but really to far from the main leisure complex. There is a path/shortcut down the hill but it involves numerous steps. Not suitable for a buggy. Meant one of us always had to drive. I think more thought should be given to the van we were allocated.
Bong Wonga was good but over crowded. There were too many tables on what should be dance floor and adults standing around. Very intimidating for wee ones. Who want to dance and run around.
Swimming pool changing area is freezing when you come out of water. However it is a good pool with plenty of slides.
We did have a good time and will return next year hopefully.
